Tender No. 7716 - Accommodation Lodge refurbishment works at Tidal River, Wilsons Promontory National Park
Maintaining the health of our parks and reserves, while providing a range of excellent visitor services contributes to the environmental health of our state and the health and wellbeing of all Victorians – Healthy Parks Healthy People.
Parks Victoria is calling for tenders from suitably qualified Building Practitioners/Contractors for the refurbishment of four accommodation lodges at Tidal River.
Works are to include:
• All demolition and refurbishment of bathrooms including plumbing carpentry, joinery and flooring.
• Replacement of carpets and other flooring.
• Supply and installation of water harvesting tanks including connection to toilets and storm water.
• Installation of external roof guttering.
• Internal painting.
• Construction of outdoor BBQ areas including paving and covered areas.
A compulsory on site pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 25 November 2009.
Tender documentation, and further information, may be obtained by calling Parks Victoria on 13 1963. Documents are available for inspection at the address below, prior to purchase, as the $50 document fee is non-refundable. Office hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm.
Respondents are to lodge their tender responses marked CONFIDENTIAL, Tender No. 7716 – Accommodation Lodge refurbishment at Tidal River, Wilsons Promontory National Park by 2.00pm Wednesday 9 December 2009 in the Tender Box located at Parks Victoria, Level 10, 535 Bourke St, Melbourne Vic 3000.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
