Public participation is an integral component to the development of management plans. Members of the public are invited to be involved in the planning process in several ways, including attending public workshops and forums, asking questions and providing information on knowledge and/or "wants" related to the parks. Through contact made with a wide range of interested groups and individuals, Parks Victoria seeks to ensure that the plans appropriately address issues that are raised during the planning process.
