Parks Victoria appreciates the importance of having a Disability Action Plan in place to promote positive outcomes for people with a disability. Furthermore section 38 of the Disability Act 2006 requires statutory authorities and corporations to have in place a Disability Action Plan. We are in the process of developing our first disability action plan and will publish it on this website shortly.
