Using this CD
To use this CD or website effectively you will require:
- an up to date web browser (e.g. Firefox or Internet Explorer);
- the Flash plugin available from www.macromedia.com (at least Flash 6 is needed);
- Adobe Acrobat reader available from www.adobe.com
Words in bold, italics and hyperlinked are defined in the glossary. Click on the word and the glossary will open in a new window.
All links to pdf files and to external sites on the Internet open in a new browser window. Pages containing larger versions of maps. etc will also open in a new window.
Many of the images, the Flash movies and the pdf files have been produced at a larger size and higher quality than normally used online. There may be slight delays in loading these files on the Internet.
